Shipping

When will my order be shipped? +

We ship Monday - Saturday, 6 days a week. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Monday - Friday) or before 12:00 PM CST (Saturday) are processed same day. Orders placed on Sunday are shipped Monday. In all cases, orders are fulfilled no later than the following business day. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return and refund policy? +

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in the event of any product defects or issues. In either case, please reach out to us at admin@lambdawater.com with your order details and we'll make it right.
