General
Store your vials in a cool (68–77°F), dry place away from direct sunlight — a cabinet works great. Refrigeration after opening is also acceptable. Once opened, use within 28 days. Before each use, wipe the rubber stopper with 70% isopropyl alcohol on a sterile swab or pad and allow it to fully air dry before use.
Shipping
We ship Monday - Saturday, 6 days a week. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Monday - Friday) or before 12:00 PM CST (Saturday) are processed same day. Orders placed on Sunday are shipped Monday. In all cases, orders are fulfilled no later than the following business day. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in the event of any product defects or issues. In either case, please reach out to us at admin@lambdawater.com with your order details and we'll make it right.
